Refund policy

Refund Policy for CS Essentials Co. We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please email us at support@csessentialsco.shop with a photo of the item. We will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for the correct return address.
